AC World Series will be in San Francisco for two events
in August and October 2012 for some of the best match and
fleet racing you'll ever see.
This series of regattas allow the teams to get used to the
new class of boats, 45' cutting-edge multihulls powered by
towering wingsails, and bring AC racing to fans around the

Louis Vuitton Cup is held to determine who has the opportunity
to challenge for the America's Cup. 2013 marks the 30th anniversary
of the LVC and racing starts in June with a series of 4 fleet
races followed by 2 round robin match race series. The top
4 teams will proceed to the semi finals with the first seed
racing the fourth and second seed racing the third place
team. The two winners will face each other in the LVC Final
with the first team to win 5 races proceeding to the AC Finals.
This event will mark the debut of the new 72' wingsail catamarans.
The 34th AC Finals start September 7, 2013 and will conclude
September 22. There's a completely new format to this AC with almost twice as much racing time. Now we'll get two races per day with the first boat to win 9 races
taking home the Auld Mug.
